Daily Maintenance Requirements Of Subdivided Ultrasonic Homogenizer

Maintenance requirements of ultrasonic homogenizer:
1. Weekly:
A. Check and grind the valve, valve seat and homogeneous valve parts once;
B. Check the seals of each part once, and replace them if they are worn;
C. Check the oil level and color of the transmission case.

2. Monthly:
A. Check the wear condition of plunger, and replace the seriously worn plunger in time;
B. Check the oil position of the pressure gauge, and fill it with edible oil in case of oil shortage;
C. Check the tightening condition of the drive belt.

3. Quarterly:
A. The transmission case shall be drained once. Check the wear of the pressure rod and seat of the pressure chamber, and replace them if necessary;
B. Replace the lubricating oil in the transmission box once.

4. Every year:
A. Remove the transmission case and clean the oil stain on the wall of the case once;
Check the wear of connecting rod bearing shells, crankshaft and bearings, and replace them if necessary.
